Bianca has a long interest in education and learning previously serving around 10 years as a university lecturer as well as five years volunteering as a local governor. Bianca was a Trust Member for Endeavour Academy Trust for two years and when the merger took place on 1st August 2023 Bianca took up the role of member for Trust in Learning (Academies).

She has a passion for inclusion and diversity. Bianca’s current day job is heading up a team of government social scientists, so she has particular expertise interrogating data and evidence as well as coaching and mentoring early career researchers.
